SIGNATURE
Signature and use of our card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

CARD VALIDITY
Privileges are only extended upon presentation of a valid Kande Buffet Club card. Membership is valid until the expiry date indicated on your card. Your card is for your personal use only. Membership is strictly non-transferable.

LOST CARDS
Loss or theft of your kande buffet club card must be reported immediately to issuing hotel. A fee of RMB20 will be incurred and a replacement card request form must be signed and submitted to enable us to issue the replacement card.

CARD USAGE
Privileges are extended during dining periods in the restaurants specified in this booklet. The Kande Buffet Club discount is applicable to the buffet only; is not available in conjunction with the discount of Kande VIP Dynasty Club or other preferential discounts. Consumption with discount is not count in points.
Usage is strictly limited to one card per table. Advance reservation with Kande Buffet Club card number is required. Note that where several tables are put together for one group, this will count as a single table. Your membership card is required to be presented in the
restaurant or lounge for the benefit entitlement.

CARD EXEMPTIONS
The card privileges are not extended for special events and promotions as determined by the hotel, Catering and Banquets, Service Charge, Room Service or take away.
The card privileges are not available in conjunction with other preferential discounts, credit card rates, corporate rates, weekend rates or special promotions.
The card may not be used for food and beverage benefits on the following festival days at Kande Hotels and Resorts:
Valentine’s Day,  Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Kande Hotels and Resorts reserves right of final interpretation to supplement, modify or amend or
cancel for all  terms and conditions, discounts and benefits.
